Terms and Conditions
         Full-Track warrants all their products to be free from any materials and craftsmanship defects under normal and product use without any abuse or unauthorized. Within the warranty period, any part or parts to be claimed defective will be replaced or repaired free of any charge after inspection and approval by Full-Track under such circumstances. Full-Track’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair at its designated facility. However, any engine warranty will be subjected to the engine manufacture’s terms.

2. Year Limited Warranty: For Walk- Behind Trowel Machine Gear Box Unit (FT-432;FT-436;FT-448)
3. Year Limited Warranty: For Spider Unit of the Walk-Behind Trowel Machine (FT-432;FT-436;FT-448)
4. Take the advantaged Price when Replacing with any of the Accessories of the Trowel Machine.
5. Engine/Motor manufacturers are responsible for engine/motor warranties.
(** It is owner’s responsibility to pay freight or transportation on top of Insurance cost for machines to be repaired and/or for warranty claimed.

        declares again that each of the products has a serial number, maintenance manual, and registration form for the original purchaser. Each part of the product has been given a clear indication of applicable warranty period. This warranty does not apply to any products without normal serial numbers, approved data of purchase, and /or without registration on website or proof of mailing registration. It is the owner’s responsibility to ask the dealer to complete the warranty form of the purchased products. It is a crucial step to gain the proper rights that the dealer register on the Full-Track Website send back the form to us.

         Any parts to be claimed under warranty must be reported to Full-Track within 15 days from the date the part or parts were claimed to be defective. We will respond within 90 days of receipt of your claim.

         Warranties with respect to products, components, and accessories which are not OEM products of Full-Track are excluded. Unless there is a specific explanation in the product’s warranty, Full-Track does not take any responsibility for damage caused during any kind of transportation or shipping.

         The Warranty above also represents the acceptance and position of all Full-Track’s dealer. Any other warranties are null and void.
